Do you have a heart for caring and a passion for helping others live comfortably at home? Blissful Homecare is looking for compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team!

Territory : Massachusetts

Pay Range : $15.50 - $18.50

Home Health Aide Qualifications & Skills :

  • At least H.S. Diploma or GED.
  • Home Health Aide Certificate or current CNA License.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience in Home Health care, preferred.
  • Work Ethic.
  • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
  • Caring and compassionate personality.

Home Health Aide Job Responsibilities

  • Performs household services essential to health care in the patient's home as assigned.
  • Ambulates and exercises the patients as assigned.
  • Assist with client's personal care activities.
  • Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies / exercises.
  • Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner as per Agency Policy.
  • Report changes in the patient's condition and needs to the RN.
  • Assists with medications that are ordinarily self - administered as assigned.

    • Lifting Requirements :

  • Ability to participate in physical activity.
  • Ability to work for extended period of time standing and being involved in physical activity.
  • Heavy lifting.
  • Ability to do extensive bending, lifting, and standing on a regular basics.
