WHO YOU ARE :
As an instructional floater, your key role involves providing support to classroom instruction, seamlessly in the absence of the lead teacher or as needed throughout the day. Were looking for individuals who embody enthusiasm, warmth, and experience, and can smoothly adapt to different class assignments throughout the day. Proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential for fostering productive interactions with students, parents, and colleagues. Furthermore, it's vital to maintain a comprehensive understanding of and adhere strictly to all district policies and requirements.
