[job_card.job_description]Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Work Requirement : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, 1 Weekend every 6 weeks, and 2 holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter). Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various units. Adapt to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence. Utilize advanced skills and training to foster patient safety and effective communication. Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry, with a preference for 2 years. Flexibility : Willingness to accommodate scheduling needs as outlined above. Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse responsibilities.
