A company is looking for a Lead Actuary.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage pricing models for complex commercial insurance programs

Conduct rate adequacy and profitability reviews, identifying deviation drivers and recommending corrective actions

Mentor and train analysts and underwriters on loss-sensitive mechanics

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of actuarial experience in property and casualty insurance

Hands-on pricing experience in loss-sensitive programs

Experience with catastrophe modeling using vendor models or advanced internal modeling

ACAS / FCAS designation or international equivalent

Advanced analytical skills in Excel and actuarial tools
