Job Description
Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring a Senior BCBA to support clinical quality, provide mentorship, and oversee ABA treatment services at our Columbia, Maryland clinic. The Senior BCBA will maintain a manageable caseload while supporting RBTs, BCBAs, and clinical operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Mentor BCBAs and assist with clinical development
Review client data and ensure program fidelity
Deliver caregiver training and support
Maintain documentation compliant with BACB, state, and payer standards
Assist with clinic operations and training initiatives
Collaborate with clinical leadership on quality improvement efforts
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience supervising RBTs or supporting BCBA peers
Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinic-based pediatric ABA
