Key Responsibilities
Drive talent planning strategy and execution aligned with business objectives
Establish and implement a comprehensive learning strategy based on data and employee feedback
Oversee performance management processes and develop leadership initiatives
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Talent Planning and Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to design and execute talent strategies and learning programs
Experience in creating user-friendly Talent Development products and tools
Ability to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring execution excellence
Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
