Scheduling Specialist - Home Health

A company is looking for a Schedule Specialist in Home Health, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient referrals and visit schedules using an automated scheduling system

Process workflow for scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, and delivered visits

Communicate with field staff regarding visits that are late, pending, or incomplete for resolution

Required Qualifications

High school education or equivalent experience

1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting using an online scheduling system (preferred)

Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing OASIS visits (preferred)
