This facility is seeking a Psychiatry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : 1 day per week on Thursdays from 10a-2p for the Psychiatrist; 1 day only at the 1st of the month from 10a-2p for the Medical Director

Practice Setting : Inpatient

Scope : Child and Adolescent

Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days

State Licensure : Active Illinois License, Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

Requirements : Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
