Job Skills / Requirements

Summit Building Services is looking for an experienced Area Manager to grow with our team. This position oversees client facilities in West Columbus Delaware Dublin Hilliard London and the surrounding areas.

Youd be working 40 hours a week on a varying schedule. You must be available on an on-call basis for weekend coverage. The salary range for this position is $50000 - $65000 and benefits include PTO health insurance mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities.

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.

Job Duties Include:

1. Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
2. Supervise train motivate and develop team members
3. Work with HR to ensure all jobs are properly staffed and trained
4. Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
5. Disciplinary action and/ or termination of employees when necessary
6. Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
7. Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
8. Complete work tickets
9. Send daily reports to Operations Manager
10. Recommendation of special project work when needed
11. Order track and maintain supply inventory. Deliver supplies upon employee request
12. Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position
13. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws.
