A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Publishers.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage relationships and success for a segment of publishing partners, including onboarding, campaign execution, and retention
Drive monetization for top-tier publishers by optimizing programmatic advertising sources
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and convey publisher feedback for new monetization opportunities
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in account management, preferably with digital publishers
Experience in digital media or digital advertising
Strong understanding of AdOps and the AdTech marketplace
Proficient in Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and data visualization software
Proactive attitude with a passion for marketing technology
