We have an immediate need for an onsite Senior Manager Software Systems Quality Engineering (Assurance / Compliance) to support Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS).

Within Quality & Mission Assurance, the Software Quality Engineering department (SWQE) performs classified activities in secure labs and unclassified activities in dedicated workspaces.

SWQE Tasks – Review of Document Deliverables (CDRL), Command Media (Policies), SW Release Packages (Windchill PDM, Azure DevOps), SW Requirements Changes, SW / System Defects, SW Pulls (Code Reviews), Media, and Test Artifacts. Participation in Peer Reviews (SW, SE), Control Boards (CCB, SRB), Tracking Books (Metrics), Test Witnessing (SQT, FQT), and Audits.

Key Programs

LADS includes Global Patriot, Ghost-Eye / Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense, National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile, Multi-Function Radio Frequency Sensor, Enduring Indirect Fire Protection Capability, Stinger, Next Generation Short-Range Interceptor, TOW, Javelin, Excalibur, and Counter Unmanned Aerial systems.

Key Locations

Software Quality collaborates with Engineering (Software, Systems, Integration / Test, Safety) and other Quality functions (Program Quality Leads, Hardware Quality).

• Primary activities occur onsite. Specific location and frequency depends on the employee’s supported work programs (e.g., Sentinel, MFRFS).
• We will consider full-time applicants interested in McKinney TX, or in Fullerton CA, with potential ability to be part-time in El Segundo CA.

This is an onsite role in McKinney, TX or Fullerton, CA (with an option of El Segundo, CA).

The salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
