Galt Ocean Rehab is a leading substance use and mental health facility located on the serene Galt Ocean mile near the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea pier. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with addiction and mental health disorders. Our holistic approach combines clinical expertise with a supportive environment to promote healing and long-term recovery.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care, counseling, and support to individuals with substance abuse and mental health disorders.
• Collaborate with the clinical Program Director to support clinical operations.
• Conduct therapy sessions using various modalities with individuals, groups, and families.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure the highest standards of client care and team performance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes.

Experience :

The ideal candidate will be expected to facilitate and document group and individual therapy sessions weekly and crisis intervention when necessary.
