The FLIGHT DECK Program Coordinator is essential in orchestrating and executing FLIGHT DECK learning initiatives that enhance the adoption of crucial FLIGHT DECK behaviors and principles. This position involves comprehensive management of programs, covering planning, logistics, delivery, and follow-up, all while upholding high standards of quality and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the FLIGHT DECK Learning Designers and Capability Development Leader to implement learning strategies, manage workflows, and quickly address internal customer needs. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic, collaborative environment, demonstrating strong corporate learning and development coordination experience coupled with exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the lifecycle of FLIGHT DECK learning programs, addressing all aspects including planning, logistics, production, delivery, and post-session sustainment.
- Create, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures, templates, and rhythms to ensure consistency and efficiency across programs.
- Manage logistics for sessions, including readiness for virtual and in-person formats (scheduling, invitations/rosters, venues, materials, facilitators, vendor coordination).
- Collaborate with Learning Designers to prepare facilitator kits, evaluations, and enablement materials; set up offerings in LMS/LXP; manage enrollments and completion tracking.
- Monitor and maintain program data (attendance, satisfaction, adoption, proficiency indicators) while generating reports and insights for ongoing improvement.
- Assist with communications, change management, and stakeholder updates to boost awareness, adoption, and the quality of learner experiences.
- Organize meetings and large-scale events, managing vendor relationships and purchasing workflows in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline execution and enrich user experience for learners, facilitators, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in corporate learning and development or a related field.
- Robust organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint; adeptness in coordinating learning logistics.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, diverse stakeholders, and deadlines in a matrixed environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused attitude; comfortable managing vendor and external partner relationships.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in a Center of Excellence or a matrix organization, adept at navigating complex structures and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to relay information clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
- Track record of successfully coordinating large-scale programs or events with measurable results.
- Familiarity with sourcing and purchase order processing and basic LMS/LXP administration.
Travel and Location
- Location/Work Arrangement: Remote; must be within 40 miles of a major US airport.
- Travel: Up to 50% travel to various sites.
The base pay range for this position is $77,000-$96,000, influenced by factors such as experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses based on a percentage of the base salary. This posting will close on February 12th.
