• Strong referral system from 100+ PCPs and 32+ clinical sites
• Join one other physician and a physician extender
• Subspecialty support includes radiology oncologists and surgical oncologists that are associated with MD Anderson
• NO inpatient rounding ? light phone consults only
• 50 / 50 split of solid tumors and blood disorders
• Acute leukemia patients referred out
