For those looking to make a difference and find a professional home, Wipfli offers a career-defining opportunity./ppThis role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the US./ph3Responsibilities/h3pReview financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery./ppPrepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights./ppPresent completed reporting packages and findings to clients as directed./ppAssist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models in alignment with client engagement terms./ppProvide technical accounting support to clients and their teams on complex issues./ppIdentify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions and recommend actionable improvements./ppLead and coach staff and senior accountants, providing guidance on accounting and financial reporting matters./ph3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/h3pBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business./pp46 years of experience in public or private accounting./pp3+ years managing associates and/or teams./ppProfessional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred./ppProficiency in financial reporting and analysis./ppStrong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills./ppStrong project management and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset./ppExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills./ppProficiency in accounting software, specifically, Intaact, QuickBooks Online, Netsuite, Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite and a demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies./ppDemonstrated ability to influence others, promote constructive change, and develop team members./ppAbility to travel up to 10%./ph3Additional Details/h3pWipfli is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
