Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Agency Manager to oversee the daily operations of our agency. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of agents, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales and service goals.
• Create and manage the agency budget and monitor agency performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and product / service offerings to drive business growth.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and maintain workflow procedures to comply with carrier requirements, E&O protection and excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, brokers, and vendors.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement marketing initiatives to increase agency visibility and market share.
