PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Evaluate therapeutic needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.- Provide individual, couples or family counseling in accordance with the client’s personalized treatment plan.
• Conduct psycho-social assessments for each client to show clinical relevance of treatment.
• Implement empirically supported treatment strategies and accurately and professionally document interventions and client progress in a timely manner.
• Must be comfortable maintaining a diverse caseload, to include adults, youth (13 and up), couples, and families.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local licensing requirements (to include continuing education) and mandatory reporting procedures.
• Participate in community outreach & engagement events.
• Perform other duties as requested.
