Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong experience in regulatory, compliance, and supervision-focused initiatives within the financial services industry. This role supports multiple programs and workstreams, including data center migration, Oracle Mantas upgrades, and M&A integration efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing interdependencies across 4-5 technology leaders and flexing between strategic and tactical execution.

This team plays a critical role in enabling supervisory functions through technology, data, and process optimization. The Program Manager will help drive delivery across internal platforms that support compliance teams and advisors by automating workflows, integrating data, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities :

• Lead planning and execution of complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Manage RAID logs, status reports, and data collection across initiatives.
• Coordinate across multiple tech leaders and business units.
• Oversee delivery of projects related to compliance, supervision, and M&A.
• Ensure alignment with FINRA, SEC, and internal regulatory standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and change adoption.
• Track and manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00 / hr.
