Schedule :

Monday-Friday ( Must be flexible for Saturdays and Overtime )

Pay Range : $17- $18.50

Skills / Education :

Associates’ / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Communication skills – written and verbal

Comfortable working in a high-energy, results focused environment

Essential Functions :

Develop, implement, and

maintain quality procedures, standards , and

specifications

Support and educate staff on

5S principles

and continuous improvement

Compliant with

ISO certification requirements

health

and

safety standards

Maintain and enhance databases for customer complaints,

corrective / preventive actions

(CAPA), and

quality metrics

Record, analyze , and

report statistical data

to identify trends and drive performance improvements.

Collaborate

with internal teams and customers to

meet quality requirements

and

resolve issues

Assist in developing

training programs

and

maintaining accurate quality-related documentation .

Manage

calibration files,

RMA data ,

PPAPs , and revision level changes

Adhere to

safety

protocols ,

accuracy , and continuous improvement

Physical Demands

Regularly

talking, hearing, standing, walking, and sitting

Occasionally

stooping, kneeling, or bending

Must frequently lift / move up to

10 lbs , occasionally up to

25 lbs
