About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Insurance Producer who thrives on building relationships and developing new business. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely anywhere in Texas while partnering with a service team that handles the day-to-day account management.

Ideal for producers who have strong centers of influence or an established network, and who are motivated by growth, autonomy, and performance-based income.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business across commercial and / or personal lines in Texas
• Build and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Collaborate with service staff for account handoff, renewals, and ongoing client service
• Meet production goals (targeting ~$30K–$40K in new premium per month within 90 days)
• Operate with professionalism and compliance across all carrier and agency standards
