Associate Attorney

Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., a well-respected law firm based in Norfolk, Virginia, is seeking to add an Associate Attorney to join the firm's Creditors' Rights practice.

Must be able to travel for frequent court appearances in the state of Maryland.

• Candidate qualifications :
• Must reside in the DMV area to make frequent court appearances in Prince George County, Montgomery County, and Ann Arundel County
• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Maryland
• Virginia and North Carolina bar licenses are a plus
• The individual must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Hardworking and easy to work with
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with technology
• Knowledge of real estate, title, bankruptcy, and / or debt collection, a plus
• Courtroom experience (both motion practice and trial) a plus
