Job Title : Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)

KTE Services is seeking motivated and skilled Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join a dynamic and growing anesthesia team in Milwaukee, WI. Position Overview :

As a CAA, you will work under the supervision of anesthesiologists in a care-team model, providing anesthesia for a broad spectrum of surgical procedures-excluding cardiac. The supervision ratio typically ranges from 1 : 3 to 1 : 4, ensuring manageable workloads and collaborative team dynamics. There is no call required, and optional opportunities may be available for those interested in regional anesthesia.

Schedule Options :

7 shifts of 70 hours biweekly

4 shifts of 10 hours weekly

3 shifts of 13 hours weekly

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $200,000 annually with a salary review in January 2025

Overtime Pay : $200 / hour for hours worked beyond 40 (block system)

Earning Potential : Unlimited, with ample open shifts available

Vacation : 160 hours (20 days) of vacation starting on day one

Sick Leave : 56 hours (7 days) annually

Continuing Education : 40 paid CE hours per year

Paid Holidays : 8 per year

Retirement Plan : 403(b) with a 6% mandatory contribution and an 8% employer match after two years (vested immediately)

Malpractice Insurance : Fully covered

Sign-On Bonus : $30,000

Relocation Assistance : Available
