Job Title : Mainframe Administrator

Location : Plano, TX

Job Summary

Seeking a Mainframe Administrator with strong experience in z / OS upgrades , CICS administration , and IBM MQ to support daily operations and ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and support z / OS upgrades , maintenance, and patches.
  • Administer CICS regions, resources, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage IBM MQ queues, channels, and security settings.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
  • Maintain documentation and participate in on-call support.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years mainframe administration experience.
  • Strong hands-on skills in z / OS , CICS , MQ , JCL, and RACF.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
