Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on care across four Level III NICUs
• Manage care for ~1,700 NICU admissions and 10,000+ births annually
• Provide advanced interventions, including:
  • High-frequency ventilation
  • Inhaled nitric oxide therapy
  • Total body cooling for HIE
• Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization
• Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and mentorship programs
• Support families with compassionate, clear communication throughout the NICU journey
