Veterinarian Medical Director – Brookside (Near Newark, DE)

💰 $160,000–$185,000 Base Salary | Monday–Friday Only | No Weekends | AAHA Accredited | Fear Free accredited

An exciting opportunity has opened for a dedicated and forward-thinking Veterinarian Medical Director to lead a modern, thriving small animal practice located in Brookside near Newark, Delaware .

This role is ideal for a DVM who values clinical autonomy, work–life balance, and modern medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside one other highly experienced DVM in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology and supported by a loyal client base.

In this varied and engaging leadership role, you’ll be a key figurehead, mentoring, setting clinical standards, and guiding a talented, supportive team, while also providing exceptional consultations and surgical care in a truly modern environment.

While prior Medical Director experience is preferred, it’s not essential. What matters most is confidence in your clinical and leadership abilities, passion, and a commitment to outstanding patient care.
