Required qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in finance or consulting, with at least 3 years leading strategic initiatives, process improvement, or capability-building projects.
• Proven experience in continuous improvement, project management, and change management within a Finance environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to design and evaluate solutions that enhance financial performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio; experience with tools such as Tagetik, Power BI, Adaptive Insights, SAP, JD Edwards, Tableau, Profisee, Copilot365 / Copilot Studio, and Anaplan is a plus.
