Responsibilities

As a PRN LVN member of our Internal Resource Pool, you will be the connection between compassion and clinical excellence – wherever patients and teams need you most. You’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts, between 200 and 900 hours per year (12 months from hire). From Labor & Delivery and Emergency to Med Surg, Telemetry and more, you’ll work across diverse clinical areas while supporting the exceptional care Community is known for. Working under the direction of an RN and alongside multidisciplinary teams, you’ll provide direct patient care that promotes comfort, safety and healing.

This flexible role offers you the opportunity to broaden your clinical experience, strengthen your nursing skills and support a healthcare system that serves more than 2 million people across the Central Valley.
