Your primary responsibilities include driving sales of the Procedural OR product line to new and existing customers both virtually and sometimes in-person. Your goal is to meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives and annual sales quotas.

This is a hybrid role candidates must be based out of one of the following state / cities : Vernon Hills, IL or Northern Suburbs of Chicago.

What Will You Do As An Inside Sales Representative

• Manage, prospect, and build relationships within an assigned territory to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales of medical supplies and devices that have a medium length sales cycle and existing account penetration.
• Manage sales pipeline and monthly business forecasting.
• Present quarterly business updates to business unit executive leadership team.
• Attend national sales meetings and conferences.

Here is just a brief overview of what we offer :

Pay rate for this opportunity is $55,000. This position is incentive plan eligible, at target earnings of $72,500, depending on performance. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county / city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
