LPN – Wound Care Nurse | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | $35 / hr | Flagstaff, AZ

We’re seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with wound care certification to join a state-operated long-term care facility in Flagstaff.

This role focuses on resident wound prevention, treatment and education; all within a collaborative, daytime schedule that supports better work–life balance.

Schedule Options : 7a–3p, 8a–4p, or 8a–5p (Mon–Fri only)

What You’ll Do :

• Conduct wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Lead wound prevention and treatment programs
• Provide education to staff and families on wound management
• Document care per facility and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians
