Role: Full-time Auto Body Collision Mechanic

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: A competitive pay plan for high producers

Schedule: 80+ flagged hours per week

As an Auto Body Collision Mechanic, your day begins with reviewing repair orders and planning the work ahead, ensuring parts and supplements are ready so nothing slows you down. From there, structural and panel repairs take center stage as you restore vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. Documentation happens seamlessly throughout the process, keeping everything compliant without interrupting your rhythm. With a full-time parts manager and all calibrations and scans sublet to a specialist, you are provided the tools and resources to put all of your focus into repairing the vehicle to its pre-loss condition. Your workspace stays organized, tools are within reach, and collaboration with teammates keeps the workflow smooth and positive. By the time the job is complete, you've turned a damaged vehicle into a flawless result that reflects your skill and pride.

WHAT'S NEEDED

• 3+ years of collision repair experience
• Good communication
• Strong metalwork/body repair skills
• Ability to flag 80+ hours consistently and with quality
• Ability to work in a team
• Possessing your I-CAR certification is a plus
