Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Temp - Minneapolis, MN

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies. Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments. Ensure proper storage and handling of incoming and outgoing products. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• General knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management software
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Commitment to safety in the workplace
