We are seeking a Floor Technician to join our community committed to delivering outstanding services to our residents, associates, visitors, and families. As a Floor Technician you will play an important role in the ensuring the community visibly meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards. What you'll do :

• Cleans, mops and treats floors; strips, waxes and buff floors.
• Mixes, dilutes housekeeping chemicals and products according to instructions.
• Vacuums all hallway floors, cleans all carpeted areas using extractions machine. Treat and clean spills and stains as needed.
• Cleans windows and light fixtures.
• Keeps utility storage rooms and equipment room in good order.
• Empties trash containers located in trash rooms as needed.
• Makes minor repairs and adjustments; replaces light bulbs, repairs clogged sinks, commodes and drains.
• Assists in moving furniture and equipment.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good order.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all Buckner policies, procedures and requirements. Maintain compliance with all federal and state laws. Maintain compliance with all agency regulatory guidelines and requirements.
