Primary Function of Position

Senior Recruiter Future Forward (R&D Talent)

The Senior Recruiter for Future Forward is a strategic talent advisor responsible for attracting engaging and hiring world-class R&D and engineering talent. This role enables innovation by delivering exceptional candidates across highly technical and emerging skill areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D and Future Forward leaders to understand technical hiring needs workforce plans and talent market dynamics providing strategic guidance throughout the process.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for all R&D and engineering roles including Mechanical Manufacturing Embedded / Software Robotics Mechatronics Clinical Engineering and senior / leadership engineering positions.
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies using market intelligence competitive insights and diverse channels to identify and engage top engineering and research talent.
• Strengthen interview excellence by facilitating structured intake improving hiring manager capability aligning panels and ensuring consistent high-quality candidate experiences.
• Build and sustain long-term talent pipelines for critical emerging and hard-to-find R&D capabilities while continuously improving recruiting processes across Future Forward.

Qualifications : Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Experience (As applicable - Specific skills knowledge and

experience that are not required to perform the job but are desirable to have)

Recruiting experience in a healthcare or medical device setting a strong plus

Experience with Workday and / or SmartRecruiters

incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the

top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors
