CDL Driver / Construction Laborer

Location : Fairmont, WV

At Middletown Homes , our CDL Driver / Construction Laborers are the backbone of our modular home projects, hauling oversized loads, operating equipment, and working hands-on at job sites to set homes in place. This unique position blends professional driving with hands-on construction support. You'll transport modular home sections and equipment to job sites, then help set up and install the homes with our construction team.

Responsibilities

• Safely haul modular / HUD home sections, oversized loads, and equipment to job sites.
• Assist in setting up and installing homes on-site.
• Maintain quality and safety standards during transport and installation.
• Operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, skid steers) when needed; preferred but not required.
• Support site crews with labor tasks as needed.
