gpac is partnered with a growing construction development firm specializing in residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for a Licensed Land Surveyor to manage surveying needs across our active developments.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct boundary, topographic, and ALTA / NSPS surveys

Provide construction staking and layout support

Prepare legal descriptions, plats, and survey documents

Coordinate with project teams and manage survey crews / vendors

Ensure all survey work meets local, state, and federal standards

Qualifications :

Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Texas

3+ years’ surveying experience (construction layout preferred)

Proficient with survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally

Preferred :

Development or contractor experience

UAS / drone survey experience a plus
