OVERVIEW

Fast growing, regional private practice- single specialty group seeks an experienced senior Anesthesiologist to participate in organizational, administrative processes, strategy & operational meetings. Hospital is fully staffed with all subspecialties.

ROLE

'As a working Director, will work primarily in OR.

'Collaborative team of 8 MDs and 11 CRNAs

'OB has a 24 / 7 dedicated team (occasionally provide OB backup or CRNA Supervision for OB services)

'Case types include General, GI, Ortho, OBGYN, urology, radiology, CV, neuro

Schedule would be 3 weeks on, 1 off with call rotating every 1 : 3 when on (1 : 4 call for the year)

Post Call, you are off. Ability to pick up additional shifts in OB or OR for additional compensation. No restrictive covenant.

PACKAGE

$500K 1099 for 39 weeks on

$50K W2 Medical Director stipend + benefits

13 weeks off PTO plus Post Call Days Off = 190 days per year

Benefits : Medical, Dental +Vision. 401k match on day 1, CME

Paid Malpractice + Tail

REQUIRED / YOU / SKILLS

'Able to obtain / maintain medical license in Texas, active license preferred for a Summer / Fall 2025 start

'1+ years experience preferred

'Board Certified / Board Eligible Anesthesia
