Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be a key contributor to the finance team, responsible for supporting the Head of FP&A in managing financials across the company. This role involves a blend of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong focus on collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be analytical and can take ownership of financial processes and execute on them from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling and Analysis : Update existing financial models to support long range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes. Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Partner with business leaders to track departmental budgets and support the Head of FP&A with monthly forecasts.
• Reporting and Presentations : Assist with the preparation of board and investor materials, including financial models and supporting analysis.
• Ad-Hoc Projects : Ability to take ownership and execute on ad hoc projects to support new business initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
• Business Partnership : Serve as a finance business partner to various departments, offering financial guidance and insights to support their decision-making.

Qualifications

$70,000 - $80,000 a year
