Job Title : Quality Technician

Location : Fort Worth, TX

Job Type : Full-time Temp to Hire

Pay Range : $15.50-$19.00 per hour

Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team, a leading tire assembly business. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products
  • Record and analyze inspection and test data
  • Identify and report non-conforming products and materials
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in quality control or a related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Technical degree or certification in quality control or a related field
  • Experience in the tire manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques
