State Licensed Clinical Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations of assigned clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality patient care

Assist in the development and implementation of quality care processes and clinical policies

Conduct training and in-service programs for clinical staff to maintain compliance and improve patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Current RN or LVN / LPN license in applicable state

Two years of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis within the last three years

Extensive knowledge of dialysis industry standards and regulations

Previous dialysis management experience preferred

CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
