A leading healthcare system in upstate New York is seeking a Board-Certified / Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking for work-life balance, professional growth, and long-term stability in a thriving outpatient setting.

Position Highlights :

• Monday–Friday schedule — flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
• No weekend clinic hours!
• Light phone call coverage (once every 70 days – RN triage takes first call)
• Telemedicine coverage 2–3 hours every 3 months
• Opportunity for teaching and precepting medical students or NP / PA students
• Participate in leadership or hybrid administrative roles if desired
• Collaborative environment with APP and full clinical support team
