Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, providing performance feedback and fostering an inclusive culture
Collaborate on technical infrastructure decisions and contribute to technology strategy discussions
Establish engineering standards and drive continuous improvement in development processes
Required Qualifications
Seven-plus years of software engineering experience, with at least three years in engineering management
Proven success in managing and mentoring engineering teams in lean environments
Strong background in modern web development stacks, including front-end frameworks and cloud services
Deep understanding of web principles, data security, and agile development methodologies
Experience in building consumer-facing digital products, preferably in media or mission-driven organizations
