Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer

A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and current commercial borrowers to originate loans

Evaluate credit data and financial statements to determine creditworthiness

Conduct property inspections and maintain professional relations with members and third parties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

6 years of commercial lending / sales or related experience

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or 5+ years in a progressive lending position

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with loan origination systems preferred

Ability to analyze financial statements and determine cash flow and liquidity

Understanding of member business lending and credit union guidelines for commercial loans
