We are seeking an experienced and professional Dental Front Desk team member to join our concierge-style, fee-for-service dental practice in beautiful Miami Beach. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental field, strong communication skills, and a polished presence to match the high standards of our practice. Prior experience with Dentrix is preferred, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include :

• Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an organized schedule
• Verifying dental insurance and coordinating treatment plans
• Collecting payments and addressing billing questions
• Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow
• Maintaining accurate patient records and consent forms
• Delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
