Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Education
Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
