Senior IT Manager

A company is looking for a Senior IT Manager to oversee and maintain its computer infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and administer IT policies related to network hardware and software, including security and backup procedures

Manage hardware and software deployment for new hire onboarding and off-boarding

Monitor and audit IT infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with administration and configuration of MDM / EDM tools

3+ years of experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian tools

6+ years of experience troubleshooting MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices

Extensive knowledge of IT security principles and best practices

Ability to work within a budget and find cost-effective solutions
