Customer service & appointment scheduler
The duties include but are not limited to contacting customers who have had declined services, are due service on their vehicles. Inbound calls to schedule services for vehicles. This position you will need to have general automotive knowledge & computer experience. This is a full-time position.
Position requires working weekends.
Compensation & Benefits :
Hourly pay + commission based on appointment shown rate
Responsibilities :
- Maintain confidentiality of all dealership records
- Follow dealership policies and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner, while scheduling service appointments.
Requirements :
