A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring across multiple departments while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage recruiting logistics
Schedule interviews and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate recruiting data and support hiring managers in the interview process
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills
