License(s) / Certification(s) / Registration(s) Required : \nLicensed by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.\nRegistered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.\nCurrent Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.\nAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association) within 3 months of hire.\n
