Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and optimize sales processes and collaborate on lead generation strategies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing an Account Executive team in HR Tech or FinTech
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies
Proven ability to coach and develop sales professionals
Proficiency in data analysis to drive strategy and decision-making
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
