Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity to provide specialized behavioral support in a K-12 school setting across multiple campuses. The role focuses on managing and implementing behavior intervention strategies that positively impact student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage behavioral caseload across 5-8 campuses with mixed age groups
• Develop, write, and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support teachers and interventionists by providing guidance on behavior plans and interventions
• Offer professional recommendations based on data and observations
• Actively participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to discuss student progress and needs
